Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Truth or Dare for Couples ("the App") operated by Legendary Kiwi Limited ("us," "we," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Truth or Dare for Couples, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

Truth or Dare for Couples is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this App.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

4. Content and User-Generated Content

The App allows you to create custom truth and dare challenges. You are solely responsible for any content you create or share. You agree that:

• You will not create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates the rights of others
• You will not create content that contains explicit material involving minors
• All content you create is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility
• We are not responsible for any content created by users

5. In-App Purchases

Truth or Dare for Couples offers in-app purchases for premium content:

• All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Prices are displayed in your local currency
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• You can manage purchases through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Account (Google Play) settings
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, graphics, text, and software, is owned by Legendary Kiwi Limited and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legendary Kiwi Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Legendary Kiwi Limited from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement
